Link Phuket: Sustainable Practices Policy

Introduction

At Link Phuket, we are dedicated to promoting sustainable practices to minimize our environmental impact and create a workplace culture that values sustainability and the well-being of our team members.

Zero Paper

We have implemented a Zero Paper Policy to significantly reduce paper waste and improve efficiencies within our organization. All transactions are conducted online, eliminating the need for physical paperwork.

Remote Work

We actively promote remote work as a standard practice for our team members. This not only enhances work-life balance but also reduces the need for daily commutes, contributing to a lower carbon footprint.

Natural Working Environment

we require all staff to meet clients during business hours and sometimes outside of business hours when required. We have a safe working policy which requires a female to accompany a male coworker when visiting clients outside of business hours.

Link Phuket prioritize creating a unique work environment that connects our employees with nature. When not seeing clients, our team members have the flexibility to work from ca omfortable location. On occasion, our business meetings take place at the beach under the shade of palm trees, while enjoying a refreshing coconut. This approach boosts our employees’ well-being and creativity. We encourage all employees to focus on their well-being and creativity and to approach situations from a non-binary viewpoint.

Committment

Link Phuket is committed to implementing these sustainable practices, which include eliminating paper usage, conducting transactions online, and embracing remote work. By doing so, we aim to reduce our ecological footprint and foster a workplace culture that values sustainability and the overall well-being of our team members.
